DELIVERY
1. Happy Haeyo shall use reasonable endeavors to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer on the registration form) within the time windows selected by the Customer but Happy Haeyo shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Happy Haeyo.
2. Happy Haeyo will only effect delivery to mainland Singapore except Sentosa, Jurong Island, restricted or protected establishments..
Delivery Information :-
Orders will be delivered the next working day after order is received.
Delivery Timing is from 11.00am - 6.00pm.
Delivery Charges :-
Delivery charges will be $5.00 per trip for a MINIMUM order of $30.
For order value above $60, FREE delivery.
3. No delivery services shall be available on Sundays & Public Holidays and delivery slots are subjected to availability.
4. Bulk orders (as determined by Happy Haeyo in its sole discretion) shall be delivered 5 days after such orders. Happy Haeyo shall not be liable to any person if Happy Haeyo shall decline to fulfil an BULK order for whatever reason.
5. The Customer is to notify Happy Haeyo immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.
6. Save where the Customer has specifically instructed Happy Haeyo to leave his delivery outside the door provided payment has already been effected earlier (when such delivery shall be at customer's risk), all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer on the delivery invoices.
7. If the delivery includes alcoholic drinks, tobacco products or any other items which may not be delivered to a minor, a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification must be present to take delivery of the alcoholic drinks, tobacco products or other items. If in the case of such a delivery, no person of 18 years of age or older is present, delivery shall be attempted at another time and Happy Haeyo reserves the right to charge the Customer an ADDITIONAL re-delivery fee of S$12.
8. If payment for the order is to be made by cash on delivery, the Customer shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorised to receive and pay for the order is present at the specified time of delivery at the Customer's address to receive and pay for the order. If no such person is present, Happy Haeyo shall attempt to make the delivery at another time but reserves the right to charge the Customer an extra re-delivery fee of S$12.00.
9. Happy Haeyo reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer's credit worthiness or if the Customer does not effect payment upon delivery.

RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS
1. Product pictures provided on this site are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly on the pack you receive.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was inputted onto the system, the information appearing on this Website at any time may not reflect the exact position at the moment you place an order.
2. Happy Haeyo shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us either by e-mail at market@happyhaeyo.com or call Happy Haeyo hotline at 67898728 by the next working day. Returns/Refunds can be arranged under the following circumstances:
a. if any Product have been delivered in a damaged condition, or if the Product is out of date, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, Happy Haeyo shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product.
b. if any Product which was not included in the Customer's order is delivered to the Customer, Happy Haeyo shall collect the Product from the Customer.
c. if the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, Happy Haeyo shall refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
d. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product, Happy Haeyo shall refund to the Customer the difference.
3. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchase was made within 3 working days.
4. All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible.

와사비 맛나는 김이라고 어떨까했는데 정말 김에 와사비 맛 나면서 맛있어요!!
따끈한 밥이랑 먹으면 더 맛있어서 요즘 입맛 없을 때 와사비 김이랑 밥이랑 먹고있어요~

| just try this with beer, good harmony! I like kimchi flavor as well,, not very salty so good to have without rice as well. |

| Fall in love with the wasabi seaweed!!! Can\'t stop myself from eating it!!!! Now & then, I\'ll be sad without wasabi seaweed!!! Not oily & it\'s crispy!!! |
